PCPS has one of the largest professionally accredited planning staff of consulting offices in Alberta. Our team of planners collectively has many decades of experience and a diversity of knowledge and expertise to assist our various clients. This enables planners, both individually and through team support, to apply their expertise through basic and innovative approaches to a variety of community-wide and site planning advisory services.

Administrative Services

Parkland Community Planning Services has a Board of Directors and is comprised of two divisions.

City Planning Division

The City Planning Division provides planning services exclusively to The City of Red Deer under contract through the City’s Planning Services Division.

Municipal Planning Division

The Municipal Planning Division provides planning services for Counties, Towns, Villages and Private land owners within Central Alberta.
